Instructions
- The patient sits on a standard-height chair with arms folded across the chest.
- On 'go', they stand fully and sit down five times as quickly as they safely can.
- Timing starts on the word 'go' and stops the moment they are seated after the fifth repetition.
- If the patient must push off with their arms, record it below: the time is not comparable to a no-arms trial.
